In the Spring of 2012, a powerful tornado ripped through the small midwestern community of Thurman, Iowa. Sandy and her adult special needs daughter, Mickey were left homeless as a result of the strom’s wrath. ONE FAMILY ONE PURPOSE responded by raising the needed funds, and mobilizing dozens of volunteers to assist with the rebuilding of their home.
