ONE FAMILY ONE PURPOSE Disaster Relief has identified a significant need in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. Becky was a resident of the town when an EF4 tornado left her home uninhabitable on December 10th, 2021. Our organization has committed our assistance to Becky and her family this November, as we attempt to raise the money needed for building materials, and mobilize volunteers to complete the project. We ask that you prayerfully consider serving in one or more of the following ways.
Serve on the jobsite: This project will officially kick off Monday, November 28th in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. The address of the jobsite is 311 E Walnut St, Dawson Springs, KY. The project is expected to take 10-14 days, with an estimated dedication day of Saturday, December 10th (subject to change).
Volunteers will have housing, showers, and warm meals available just a few miles from the jobsite. The address for housing is: First Christian Church, 510 Hopkinsville St, Princeton, KY.
Donate today: You can support this cause by giving a tax-deductible contribution to be used for building materials. Use our Get Involved tab above to make a secure online donation. We are a 100% volunteer organization, which allows us to apply all of your generous gifts directly towards families in need.
